I bought a pair of these hearing aids, they lasted five months. They both quit working two weeks apart, after I bought new battery`s for them. Lost over two hundred fifty dollars.

FOUND RETURN ADDRESS ON PACKAGE AND SENT ITEMS BACK.NEVER RECIEVED CREDIT OR ACKNOLEDGEMENT THAT AIDS WERE RECIEVED BY HEARTECH. THE BEST WORD FOR THE HEARING AIDS IS "THEY ARE JUNK" THE WARRENTY IS "JUNK".BUYER BEWARE.

Purchased these "hearing aids". Broke after a short time. We had purchased the replacement insurance when we bought them. Received the authorization to return them & did so. No replacement...just a song & dance about how things are backed up for shipping. We're in line to ship out. Still nothing to us a month later. Now we've requested a refund & have gotten no response at all.

One of my hearing aids, purchased in December, 2019 has failed.

The red hearing aid that i purchased in December 2019 has failed ans will only emit a continuous sound (whistle) as soon as a battery in inserted. I have tried to adjust with adjusting button, but nothing helps. Do you replace this one under your warranty? I have been very satisfied with them up to this problem. This is a dodgy company. They are not registered, and they are stealing money from people. Even if they do send your order, it does not work. I have asked to cancel my order and refund me. If they do not refund my money by 30 September 2020 I will file a complaint through my lawyer and I will post it on the net so that others can also join the complaint process.

Can't get through to customer service, message says number disconnected

Recently purchased a CIC Hearing aid. Selected the ear plug that best fit my ear. The earplug for the left ear has a high-pitched sound that stops when I insert the aid into my left ear and I can hear better in that ear. The ear plug for my right ear has the same high pitch sound but when I insert it into my right ear the sound remains. There doesn't seem to be anything in the instructions that addresses this issue. After received hearing aids I needed help with set-up. I called customer service 888-510-****. They have a recording with instructions but you will not be connected to anyone and you will be disconnected. I tried every day for one week before giving up. Do not wast your money, bad product and a bad Chinese Company. Product was shipped from China.
